The following illustration may well show the interaction between various dimensions of development to be sustainable. As it illustrates the foundation for a sustainable development is the mechanism and capacities to look after, which is indeed human resource development.

As a matter of fact, focus on one dimension will certainly imbalance the other dimensions. Therefore a balance approach of all is recommended for a peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan.
