Policy Updates

CPI Central Asia makes available policy inputs to promote greater human security in the region. These inputs are based on solid and academically independent research as well as the views and comments of experienced practitioners involved in the region. These policy documents focus on critical issues related to:
  • the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan and in the region;
  • the role, organization and strategies of non-state actors;
  • analyses of contentious issues affecting human security involving Islamic laws and culture; and
  • analyses of human security indicators, including commentary on refugees and internally displaced persons.
