How it Works: Submissions

Participating in the debate is easy. The debate proceeds as a series of comments, posted by the Conference Manager.

There are two ways to add a comment to the debate.
  1. Comments can be provided by completing the "Add Comment" form on the conference website.
  2. Comments can be provided via a direct email to hpcr@hsph.harvard.edu .
  3. Comments can be sent by fax to Elizabeth Langdon in Jakarta at Fax. No. 62.21.380.9900.
  4. In all cases, contributors should give a short title (5 - 8 words) to each of their comments.
In order to facilitate an exchange of views, participants are asked to make their comments succinct, with a word limit of 300 words per comment. Comments exceeding the 300 words limit will be returned to their author for editing. Participants may also attach longer text, typed in English (articles, monograph, references) that can be referenced in their comments. Depending on the technical quality of the document, the document may be scanned and inserted into the CPI database by HPCR. There are no restrictions regarding the number of comments submitted by each participant.

All comments of 300 words or less will be posted by HPCR on the conference platform, unless the comments are judged by the Conference Moderator to be irrelevant to the debate, obscene, or actionable, in which case they will be returned to their author with an explanation for revision.
